Future Indications definition

Future Indications means any community-acquired indications outside of the Field;
Future Indications means all treatment, prevention or palliation of Indications other than the Cosmetic Indication and Current Indications.
Future Indications means use of Licensed Product for the treatment of any illness, sickness, interruption, cessation or disorder of a particular bodily function, system or organ except psoriasis and the treatment or prevention of organ transplant rejection. A separate Future Indication will not exist solely on the basis of the severity of the ailment, the frequency or route of any treatment or the demographics of the patient class. For purposes of clarity, rheumatoid arthritis and psoriatic arthritis are each separate Future Indications.
