For the avoidance of doubt, the Milestone payments set forth in Section 6.2.1 shall be made only for the Initial Indication and Second Indication (as set forth in this Section 6.2.4), without taking into account which Collaboration Product is used therefor or which formulation of Collaboration Product is used therefor.
