FPGA definition

FPGA means any programmable device with an internal array of logic blocks, surrounded by a ring of programmable input/output blocks, connected together via programmable interconnect.
FPGA means an integrated circuit comprised, in whole or in part, of an array of logic or analog elements, interconnects and programmable switches, the principal function of which is to perform logic or analog functions.
FPGA means the programmed field programmable gate arrays listed in EXHIBIT A attached hereto, any bug fix made available in any form to any Positron customer during the term of this Agreement, and any update or upgrade necessary to ensure compliance with the Standards.
