PMAX definition

PMAX means the maximum generator real power output reported in MWs on a seasonal basis.
PMAX has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
PMAX means the applicable CAISO-certified maximum operating level of the Facility. “PMIN” means the applicable CAISO-certified minimum operating level of the Facility. “PNode” has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

Examples of PMAX in a sentence

  • At all times during a Test, the Storage Unit(s), including all auxillary equipment, shall be operated in compliance with the Test Plan, Prudent Electrical Practices and all operating protocols recommended, required or established by the manufacturer for operation at PMAX and PMIN.

  • During a Put Delivery Period, SCE will have the right to dispatch each Storage Unit up to PMAX, seven days per week and twenty-four (24) hours per day (including holidays), by providing Dispatch Notices to Seller electronically (in the form attached in Appendix 20.02 or other available form agreeable to SCE), and subject to the requirements and limitations set forth in this Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, SCE has the right during any Put Delivery Period to discharge and charge the Storage Unit(s) within the parameters established by the CAISO Certification of the Storage Units and to the Storage Unit(s)’ PMAX if enough energy is stored in the Storage Unit to meet its PMAX.

  • Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, SCE has the right during any Put Delivery Period to dispatch the Generating Unit(s) within the parameters established by the CAISO Certification of the Generating Unit(s) and to the Generating Unit(s)’ PMAX.

  • During a Put Delivery Period, SCE will have the right to dispatch each Generating Unit up to PMAX, seven days per week and twenty-four (24) hours per day (including holidays), by providing Dispatch Notices to Seller electronically (in the form attached in Appendix 20.02 or other available form agreeable to SCE), and subject to the requirements and limitations set forth in this Agreement.
