PMAX definition

PMAX has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
PMAX means the applicable CAISO-certified maximum operating level of the Facility. “PMIN” means the applicable CAISO-certified minimum operating level of the Facility.

Examples of PMAX in a sentence

  • MBASE should be removed from the calculations since MBASE isn’t kept as up to date as the PMAX values.

  • PMAX of the generators should be net generation (excluding the plant auxiliaries) and the CA load should not include plant auxiliaries.

  • Generator PMAX ratings should represent the net capability of each machine connected to the bus.

  • The PMAX of a designated network resources included in the generation-to-load calculation are summed.
