Examples of TDSAT in a sentence
The TDSAT, to the exclusion of all other courts, shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute between the Parties arising out of or in connection with or as a result of this Agreement.
In case of any dispute the Parties agree to refer the matter to TDSAT.
In the event the Parties are unable to agree on an amendment within thirty (30) days of the date of the request by the affected Party, then either Party may approach TDSAT for appropriate resolution of the dispute.
All disputes or differences arising between the parties as to the effect, validity or interpretation of this Agreement or to their Rights, duties or liabilities arising out of this Agreement, etc, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT).
The TDSAT, to the exclusion of all other courts, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any disputes arising out of relating to this Agreement.
