  • The following pricing terms shall apply to all FoundryCo Sales Entities, including USOpCo, and USOpCo and any other FoundryCo Sales Entity shall be bound by the cost determinations set forth in this Agreement.

  • Acquired Entities means the Company and the Acquired Subsidiaries.
