FOIA Rules means the Freedom of Information Xxx 0000 and all subordinate legislation, together with all official relevant guidance and/or Codes of Practice issued pursuant or in relation to the Act and/or legislation, whether by the Information Commissioner‟s Office and/or the Ministry of Justice and/or the Department for Communities and Local Government from time to time;

  • FCA Rules means the Rules included within the FCA Handbook issued by the FCA.

  • Hague Rules means the International Convention for the Unification of certain Rules of Law relating to Bills of Lading signed at Brussels on 25 August 1924.
