  • FLIR MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE FLIR UDK, THE CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION, AND/OR THE LOGO AND DEVELOPER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THE SAME IS BEING PROVIDED HEREUNDER “AS IS” AND WITHOUT REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
