Reset Period definition

Reset Period means the First Reset Period or a Subsequent Reset Period, as the case may be;
Reset Period means the period from and including the First Reset Date to, but excluding, the next following Reset Date and thereafter each period from and including each Reset Date to, but excluding, the next following Reset Date.
Reset Period means the period from (and including) a Reset Date to (but excluding) the next succeeding Reset Date;

Examples of Reset Period in a sentence

  • The rate of distributions for each Reset Period (each a " Reset Rate of Distributions") shall be the sum of: (x) the Reference Rate (as defined below); and (y) the Margin (as defined below), per annum, such sum converted from an annual basis to a semi-annual basis in accordance with market convention, all as determined by the Calculation Agent (as specified in § 6(1)).

  • The “Reset Interest Rate” in respect of any Reset Period will be the sum of the 5-year Gilt Rate in relation to that Reset Period and the Margin, all as determined by the Agent Bank as soon as practicable after 12.00 p.m. (London time) on the Reset Determination Date (rounded to four decimal places with 0.00005 rounded down).

  • If three or more of the Reference Banks provide the Calculation Agent with such rates, the Reference Rate for the relevant Reset Period shall be deemed to be the arithmetic mean (rounded if necessary to the nearest one hundred-thousandth of a percentage point, with 0.000005 being rounded upwards) of such rates eliminating the highest rate (or, in the event of equality, one of the highest) and the lowest rate (or, in the event of equality, one of the lowest), all as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • In the event of the appointed office of any bank being unable or unwilling to continue to act as the Agent Bank or failing duly to determine the Reset Interest Rate for any Reset Period, the Issuer shall, subject to the prior written approval of the Trustee, appoint another Agent Bank.
