Reset Period definition
Reset Period means the period from, and including, the First Reset Date to, but excluding, the next following Reset Date and thereafter each period from, and including, each Reset Date to, but excluding, the next following Reset Date.

The Calculation Agent will cause the Distribution Rate for each Reset Period to be notified to the Company and the stock exchange on which the Preferred Securities are listed and notice thereof to be published in accordance with Section 1.06 of the Contingent Convertible Preferred Securities Indenture as soon as possible after its determination but in no event later than the fourth Business Day after each Reset Determination Date.
The dividend rate for each Reset Period (as defined below) shall be determined by the Calculation Agent (as defined below) by adding the Treasury Rate, determined as of the relevant Reset Dividend Determination Date for such Reset Period as provided below, to the applicable spread of 2.080% per annum.
