Final Monthly Schedule means the final schedule of Scheduled Flights for the applicable calendar month delivered by United to Contractor pursuant to Section 2.1(c).

Master Facility and Ground Handling Agreement - means that certain Master Facility and Ground Handling Agreement, dated as of May 1, 2012, between Continental and Contractor, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C (or as otherwise agreed or amended).

Examples of Final Monthly Schedule in a sentence

  • At such meeting, Continental shall review and consider any changes to the planned flight schedule for the Covered Aircraft, including the proposed Final Monthly Schedule, suggested by Contractor.

  • On the next Business Day after Contractor receives the Final Monthly Schedule from Continental pursuant to Section 2.01(b), Contractor shall present a reasonably detailed written invoice for amounts due under this Agreement in respect of the Base Compensation and per passenger fees (based on the Forecasted Passengers) for the Scheduled Flights during the month to which such Final Monthly Schedule pertains.
