Dollar Equivalent. At any time, (a) with respect to any amount denominated in Dollars, such amount, and (b) with respect to any amount denominated in any Alternative Currency, the equivalent amount thereof in Dollars as determined by the Administrative Agent or Fronting Bank, as the case may be, at such time on the basis of the Spot Rate (determined in respect of the most recent Revaluation Date) for the purchase of Dollars with such Alternative Currency.

Dollar Equivalent. On any particular date, with respect to any amount denominated in Dollars, such amount in Dollars, and with respect to any amount denominated in a currency other than Dollars, the amount (as conclusively ascertained by the Agent absent manifest error) of Dollars which could be purchased by the Agent (in accordance with its normal banking practices) in the London foreign currency deposit market with such amount of such currency at the spot rate of exchange prevailing at or about 11:00 a.m. (London time) on such date. Initially, the office of each Bank designated as such in Schedule 1 hereto; thereafter, such other office of such Bank, if any, located within the United States that will be making or maintaining Prime Rate Loans.
Dollar Equivalent. (a) Agent shall determine the Dollar Equivalent of any Letter of Credit not denominated in Dollars (i) on the date of issuance thereof and the date of any amendment thereto that increases the face amount thereof, in each case using the Spot Rate for the Agreed Currency other than Dollars in relation to Dollars in effect on the date immediately prior to the applicable issuance or amendment date, and (ii) at such other times as may be determined by either Agent or an Issuing Bank in its Permitted Discretion, in each case using the Spot Rate for the Agreed Currency other than Dollars in relation to Dollars in effect on the date of determination. Each amount determined pursuant to this Section 1.7(a) shall be the Dollar Equivalent of the applicable Letter of Credit until the next calculation thereof pursuant to the preceding sentences of this Section 1.7(a), absent manifest error. Upon the request of the Borrowers, Agent shall notify Borrowers and the Lenders of each calculation of the Dollar Equivalent of each Letter of Credit denominated in an Agreed Currency other than Dollars.
Dollar Equivalent. The Administrative Agent shall calculate the Dollar Equivalent of the outstanding and requested Multicurrency Revolving Loans not denominated in Dollars (i) as of the date of any Borrowing Request with respect thereto, (ii) on the first day of each Interest Period with respect thereto and (iii) at such other times and from time to time as the Administrative Agent shall determine or the Required Lenders shall require, and, in each case, shall notify the Company of such calculation. Each such calculation shall be the basis of any determination of the amount of outstanding Multicurrency Revolving Loans for purposes hereof until the next such calculation.
Dollar Equivalent. With respect to any amount denominated in Canadian Dollars computed at any time, the equivalent amount thereof in U.S. Dollars as determined by the Administrative Agent or the Issuing Bank, as the case may be, at such time on the basis of the Applicable Spot Rate (determined in respect of the most recent Revaluation Date).
