Flight Hour definition

Flight Hour means each hour or part thereof elapsing from the moment at which the wheels of the Aircraft (or other aircraft in the case of Parts or Engines temporarily installed on such other aircraft) leave the ground on the take-off of the Aircraft (or such other aircraft) until the wheels of the Aircraft (or such other aircraft) touch the ground on the landing of the Aircraft (or such other aircraft) following such take-off.
Flight Hour means each hour or part thereof (rounded to the nearest minute) elapsing from the moment at which the wheels of the Aircraft leave the ground on the take-off of the Aircraft until the wheels of the Aircraft touch the ground on the landing of the Aircraft following such take-off, or in the case of any Engine or Part installed on another aircraft means each hour or part thereof (rounded to the nearest minute) elapsing from the moment at which the wheels of that aircraft leave the ground on take-off of that aircraft until the wheels of that aircraft touch the ground on the landing of that aircraft following such take-off;
Flight Hour means each hour or part thereof elapsing from the moment at which the wheels of the Aircraft leave the ground on the take-off of the Aircraft (or, in respect of any Engine, Propeller, Landing Gear or Part temporarily installed on another aircraft, of that other aircraft) until the wheels of the Aircraft (or such other aircraft) touch the ground on the landing of the Aircraft (or such other aircraft) following such flight, and for the purposes of all calculations under this Agreement measured in Flight Hours, such hours, including fractions ARTICLE 1 DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION thereof measured in minutes, shall be accumulated throughout each period in respect of which such calculation is made.

  • The Flight Hour Guarantee shall be allocated month by month for each Contract Period (each such monthly allocation, the “Monthly Flight Hour Guarantee”) as set forth on the Contract Period Key Terms Schedule.

More Definitions of Flight Hour

Flight Hour means: (i) with respect to the Airframe, each hour or part thereof which elapses from the time the wheels of the Airframe leave the ground on take-off to the time when the wheels of the Airframe touch the ground on landing, and (ii) with respect to an Engine or other engine or any Part or part, including the APU, each hour or part thereof which elapses from the time the wheels of the airframe, whether or not the Airframe leased hereunder, on which such Engine or other engine or Part or part is installed, leave the ground on takeoff to the time when the wheels of such airframe touch the ground on landing.
Flight Hour means each flight hour of use of the Aircraft by Lessee, as recorded on the Aircraft hour meter and measured from the time the Aircraft wheel blocks are removed at the beginning of a flight, to the time the Aircraft wheel blocks are replaced after the Aircraft lands at the end of a flight in one-tenth (1/10th) of an hour increments. Flight Hours also include any flight hours consumed in repositioning the Aircraft to facilitate Lessee’s scheduled itineraries.
Flight Hour means each hour or fraction thereof, measured to two decimal places, elapsing from the moment the wheels of the Airframe (or in respect of any Engine, Landing Gear, or Part, an aircraft on which such Engine, Landing Gear, or Part is (or was) then currently installed) leave the ground on take-off to the moment when the wheels of the Airframe (or such aircraft on which an Engine, Landing Gear, or Part is (or was) then currently installed) touch the ground on landing.
Flight Hour means each flight hour, calculated in tenths of an hour, of use of the Aircraft by a Time Share Lessee, as recorded on the Aircraft hour meter.
Flight Hour means each hour or part thereof (rounded up to two decimal places) elapsing from the moment the wheels of the Aircraft leave the ground at take off until the wheels of the Aircraft next touch the ground at landing;
Flight Hour means one (1) hour of use of the Aircraft in flight operations, as recorded on the Aircraft hour meter and measured in one-tenth (1/10th) of an hour increments.
Flight Hour means each airborne hour (or part thereof) in operation of each Engine computed from the time an Aircraft leaves the ground until it touches the ground at the end of a flight.
