Final Judgment Order definition

Final Judgment Order means an order entered by the Court dismissing all Released Claims against Freedom with prejudice, in substantially the form of Exhibit E to this Agreement.
Final Judgment Order means the Court’s order of judgment and dismissal with prejudice approving the settlement of the Class Action, which is substantially in the form attached to the Settlement Agreement as Exhibit B.
