Athlete Application definition

Athlete Application means the Athlete Application form which is attached to this Agreement as Schedule A.
Athlete Application means the Athlete Application form which is set out in the Expression of Interest.
Athlete Application means the Athlete Application form for nomination issued by the NZOC and available on its website.

  • Any Athlete who has returned a completed Athlete Application by the Application Date and an Athlete Agreement by the Nomination Date may appeal against their nomination or non- nomination by the NSO in accordance with the procedures set out in this Agreement (“a Nomination Appeal”).

  • Upon receipt of each duly completed and certified Athlete Application, SOCGA shall notify each Athlete of the procedure for obtaining a copy of the Athlete Agreement from the SOCGA website for completion by the Athlete.

  • Application Date means a date by which your NSO must have submitted a completed and certified Athlete Application Form to the NZOC, as set out in your NSO’s nomination criteria for the Games.
