FCC Long Form Applications definition

FCC Long Form Applications means the applications filed with the FCC seeking FCC consent to the Transfer of Control.

  • Each U.S. Holder that has not made a Class B Election by the Ownership Certification Deadline shall be further deemed to have immediately exchanged all of its shares of New iHeart Class B Common Stock for a like number of shares of New iHeart Class A Common Stock, subject to the 4.99 Percent Rule and the further requirement that the U.S. Holder is identified as an attributable interest holder on the FCC Long Form Applications, to the extent necessary.
