FCC Consent definition

FCC Consent means action by the FCC granting its consent to the assignment of the FCC Licenses to Buyer as contemplated by this Agreement.
FCC Consent means the grant by the FCC of the FCC Applications, regardless of whether the action of the FCC in issuing such grant remains subject to reconsideration or other further review by the FCC or a court.
FCC Consent means the action by the FCC granting the FCC Application.

More Definitions of FCC Consent

FCC Consent means the FCC’s initial consent to the assignment or transfer of control of each of the FCC Licenses to Purchaser or its Affiliate.
