FCC Consent definition

FCC Consent means the action by the FCC granting the FCC Application.

  • The Seller and the Buyers shall jointly oppose any requests for reconsideration or judicial review of FCC approval of the Assignment Application and shall jointly request from the FCC extension of the effective period of FCC approval of the Assignment Application if the Closing shall not have occurred prior to the expiration of the original effective period of the FCC Consent.

  • The FCC Consent and DOJ Consent, and, if applicable, HSR Clearance, shall have been obtained, and no court or governmental order prohibiting Closing shall be in effect.

More Definitions of FCC Consent

FCC Consent means the grant by the FCC of the FCC Applications, regardless of whether the action of the FCC in issuing such grant remains subject to reconsideration or other further review by the FCC or a court.
FCC Consent means an order, action or decision by the FCC (or by FCC staff pursuant to delegated authority) consenting to the assignment of the FCC License from Seller to Buyer or Newco, which is not subject to a Material Condition that is unacceptable to Buyer.
