Other Participation Agreement definition

Other Participation Agreement means the Participation Agreement entered into by, the Other Company, the Other Lessor Manager, the Other Owner Lessor, the Other Owner Participant, the Other Lease Indenture Trustee and the Pass Through Trustees, dated as of the Effective Date, pursuant to which the Other Company has agreed to (a) sell to the Other Owner Lessor and (b) lease from the Other Owner Lessor the Other Facility pursuant to the Other Facility Lease.
