Facility Revenue definition

Facility Revenue means all income or other receipts as described in Section 10, Facility Revenue, which shall be received directly by City or delivered by Operator to City.
Facility Revenue means, for the applicable period of time, but without duplication, all gross revenues and receipts of every kind derived by or for the benefit of Subtenant, Tenant, or its Affiliates from operating or causing the operation of the Facility Property and all parts thereof, including, but not limited to: income from both cash and credit transactions (after reasonable deductions for bad debts and discounts for prompt or cash payments and refunds) from rental or subleasing of every kind (including any termination or cancellation fees paid in connection therewith); entrance fees, fees for health care and personal care services, in each case, net of all contractual adjustments, license, lease and concession fees and rentals, off premises catering, if any, and parking (not including gross receipts of licensees, lessees and concessionaires); income from vending machines; health club membership fees; food and beverage sales; wholesale and retail sales of merchandise (other than proceeds from the sale of furnishings, fixtures and equipment no longer necessary to the operation of the Facility, which shall be deposited in the Reserve, unless the same is included within the category of Tenant Personal Property) and service charges, to the extent not distributed to employees at the Facility as gratuities, interest income except as specifically provided below; community fees; and
Facility Revenue means Operating Revenue of the Managed Facilities under and as defined in the Trust Agreement. Not later than twenty (20) days after the end of each calendar month, Alterra shall certify the amount of Facility Revenue at each Managed Facility.

Examples of Facility Revenue in a sentence

  • Charges to all Contractors for such Financing Costs shall return to the State each year an amount equal to the Financing Costs the State incurs in that year for such Water System Facility Revenue Bonds.

  • Such shortfall shall be charged to the Contractors that have executed the Contract Extension Amendment (“signing Contractors”) in proportion to each such signing Contactor’s total Water System Facility Revenue Bond Financing Cost charges under Article 50(b) of this contract.

  • Anticipated county property tax revenue availability means the

  • Adjusted EBITDA Margin means Adjusted EBITDA divided by operating revenue;

  • Availability Reserves means, without duplication of any other Reserves or items that are otherwise addressed or excluded through eligibility criteria, such reserves as the Agent from time to time determines in its discretion as being appropriate (a) to reflect the impediments to the Agent’s ability to realize upon the Collateral, (b) to reflect claims and liabilities that the Agent determines may need to be satisfied in connection with the realization upon the Collateral, (c) to reflect criteria, events, conditions, contingencies or risks which the Agent believes in good faith could adversely affect any component of the Borrowing Base, or the assets, business, financial performance or financial condition of any Loan Party, or (d) to reflect that a Default or an Event of Default then exists.   • TIF Revenues means incremental ad valorem taxes generated on the Redevelopment Project Property by the Project which are to be allocated to and paid to the Authority pursuant to the Act.

  • Property EBITDA means for any property owned by Ventas, Inc. or any of its Subsidiaries as of the date of determination, for any period of time, the net income (loss) derived from such property for such period, before deductions for (without duplication):

  • EBITDA Margin means the ratio between (a) EBITDA and (b) total toll and other concession revenues.

  • Monthly Debt Service Payment Amount means, for each Monthly Payment Date, an amount equal to the amount of interest which is then due on all the Components of the Loan in the aggregate for the Interest Period during which such Monthly Payment Date occurs.
