Port facilities means those facilities owned by the port authority such as: seawall jetties; piers; wharves; docks; boat landings; marinas; warehouses; storehouses; elevators; grain bins; cold storage plants; terminal icing plants; bunkers; oil tanks; ferries; canals; locks; bridges; tunnels; seaways; conveyors; modern appliances for the economical handling, storage, and transportation of freight and handling of passenger traffic; transfer and terminal facilities required for the efficient operation and development of ports and harbors; other harbor improvements; or improvements, enlargements, remodeling, or extensions of any of these buildings or structures.
Airport Facilities means any of the following at an airport:
port facility means any publicly or privately owned facility located within this State through which cargo is transported by way of a waterborne ship or vehicle to or from destinations outside this State and which handles cargo owned by third parties in addition to cargo owned by the port facility’s owner.
Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.
Attachment Facilities means the facilities necessary to physically connect a Customer Facility to the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities.
Support Facility means any liquidity or credit support agreement with a CP Conduit which relates to this Agreement (including any agreement to purchase an assignment of or participation in Class B Notes).
Existing Facility means a facility in existence on any given date, newly constructed or altered.
Project Facilities means any facilities to be constructed, provided, rehabilitated, operated and/or maintained under the Project;
Project Facility means facility being one or more of the following facilities as specified in the Special Conditions of Contract, being developed in accordance with the Project and the Detailed Project Implementation Report and includes all its buildings, equipment, facilities, software and systems and includes without limitation, where the circumstances so require, any expansion thereof from time to time and may include any new location to be separately mentioned in the Special Conditions of Contract.

New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:
Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;
Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.
Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".
Authorized Facilities means the public facilities authorized to be financed, in whole or in part, by the CFD.
Wireless facility means equipment at a fixed location that enables wireless communications
Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.
LNG facility means a terminal which is used for the liquefaction of natural gas or the importation, offloading, and re-gasification of LNG, and includes ancillary services and temporary storage necessary for the re-gasification process and subsequent delivery to the transmission system, but does not include any part of LNG terminals used for storage;
Public facilities means amenities that are—
Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;
Existing Project is a Project that has achieved Commercial Operation on or prior to the Execution Date.
Facility Site shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to the Facility Site Lease.
Vending facility means automatic vending machines, cafeterias, snack bars, cart service, shelters, counters, and such other appropriate auxiliary equipment which may be operated by licensed managers and which is necessary for the sale of newspapers, periodicals, confections, tobacco products, foods, beverages, and other articles or services dispensed automatically or manually and prepared on or off the premises in accordance with all applicable health laws and including the vending or exchange of chances for any lottery authorized by State Law and conducted by an agency of a State within such State. Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:
Contingent Facilities means those unbuilt Interconnection Facilities and Network Upgrades upon which the Interconnection Request’s costs, timing, and study findings are dependent and, if delayed or not built, could cause a need for restudies of the Interconnection Request or a reassessment of the Interconnection Facilities and/or Network Upgrades and/or costs and timing.
Tanning facility means a place that provides access to tanning devices for compensation.
