Along: The rights under Clause 5.3 are personal to and non-transferable by the Shareholder Parties that are Major Shareholders as of the date of this Agreement (the “Existing Major Shareholders”) and shall not be applicable to any Purchaser that acquires Securities from any Existing Major Shareholder and subsequently qualifies as a “Major Shareholder” for the purposes of this Agreement.
Any terms of this Agreement may be amended only with the written consent of each Existing Major Shareholder and Investors.
