Plaza means an urban open space or square, primarily designed for outdoor use by pedestrians;
Market Street The Woodlands Whole Loan”: The Market Street – The Woodlands Mortgage Loan, together with the Market Street – The Woodlands Pari Passu Companion Loans, each of which is secured by the same Mortgage on the Market Street – The Woodlands Mortgaged Property. References herein to the Market Street – The Woodlands Whole Loan shall be construed to refer to the aggregate indebtedness under the Market Street – The Woodlands Mortgage Loan and the Market Street – The Woodlands Pari Passu Companion Loans.
NY is the Remaining Unexpired Employment Period expressed as a number of years (rounded, if such period is not a whole number, to the next highest whole number).
Suite means a single room or series of rooms of complementary use, operated under a single tenancy and includes dwelling units, individual guest rooms in motels, hotels, boarding houses, rooming houses and dormitories as well as individual stores and individual or complementary rooms for business and personal services occupancies.
Drive means to drive, operate, or be in physical control of a motor vehicle.
Park or “parking” means the standing of a vehicle, whether occupied or not, otherwise than temporarily for the purpose of and while actually engaged in loading or unloading merchandise or passengers.

LLP means a limited liability partnership incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000;

State Street shall receive from the Trust such compensation for its services provided pursuant to this Agreement as may be agreed to from time to time as set forth in the fee schedule between, and agreed upon by, the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). The parties shall review the existing Fee Schedule and an appropriate adjustment to the fee, if any, shall be negotiated by the parties within ninety (90) days in the event that (i) there is a substantial change in the number or mix of types of funds, other than a change resulting from the merging or closing of funds in the normal course of business; (ii) new types of funds are offered; or (iii) there are material modifications or changes to the service delivery requirements.”
Parkway means the area between a sidewalk and the curb or traffic lane. It may be planted or unplanted, and with or without pedestrian egress.
Road means any highway and any other road to which the public has access, and includes bridges over which a road passes.
Floor means the benchmark rate floor, if any, provided in this Agreement initially (as of the execution of this Agreement, the modification, amendment or renewal of this Agreement or otherwise) with respect to USD LIBOR.
Local street means an open (traversable) right-of-way that is not identified in Schedule E of the most recent City of Winnipeg Streets By-law No. 1481/77 (i.e. not a Regional Street);
Gray (Gy) means the SI unit of absorbed dose. One gray is equal to an absorbed dose of 1 joule per kilogram (100 rad).
First Chicago means The First National Bank of Chicago in its individual capacity, and its successors.
Tower means any structure that is designed and constructed primarily for the purpose of supporting one or more antennas for telephone, radio, and similar communication purposes, including self-supporting lattice towers, guyed towers, or monopole towers. The term includes radio and television transmission towers, microwave towers, common-carrier towers, cellular telephone towers, alternative tower structures, and the like. The term includes the structure and any support thereto.
General Counsel means the Governor’s General Counsel, who serves as chief legal advisor to the Governor and supervises, coordinates, and administers the legal services for each Executive Agency pursuant to the Commonwealth Attorneys Act (71 P.S. §§ 732-101 et seq.), or her designee.
Plinth means the portion of a structure between the surface of the surrounding ground and surface of the floor immediately above the ground.
Freeway means a divided multi-lane highway for through traffic with all crossroads separated in grade and with full control of access.
Lane means a public thoroughfare which affords only a secondary means of access to abutting lots and which is not intended for general traffic circulation.
Baker - A Baker shall mean a worker, competent by training and experience to perform and who may be required to perform, any or all of the operations involved in the baking of bread. Such operations without limiting the definition, include the mixing, handling, moulding or baking of dough. Provided that such a baker may be required by the employer to perform any general work in connection with the bakehouse.
Terrace means an area to which occupants of a building have access, created on a flat roof over a portion of the building, resulting from the setting back of part of the building above that portion;
