Extraordinary General Meeting definition

Extraordinary General Meeting means an extraordinary general meeting of the Members duly called and constituted and any adjourned holding thereof.
Extraordinary General Meeting means an extraordinary general meeting of the holders of Equity Shares duly called and constituted in accordance with the provisions of the Act;
Extraordinary General Meeting means a General Meeting other than an Annual General Meeting.
