The Fund shall provide the Shareholder Reports specified in Section 4.10(d) above within 60 days after the close of each of the Fund’s reporting periods (in accordance with Rule 30e-1 under the 1940 Act).
Any such restrictions or prohibitions shall only apply to Shareholder-Initiated Transfer Purchases or Shareholder-Initiated Transfer Redemptions as set forth in Section 7.2.
