Exempt work definition

Exempt work means work of the kind described in—
Exempt work means work carried out by or on behalf of the holder of an operating licence in connection with the undertaking, maintenance and operation of water services works owned or operated by that holder;
Exempt work means work of the kind described in; (a) regulation 45(2), (3) or (4) of the Employment and Support Allowance Regulations; or (as the case may be)
