Excess Reserve Fund Required Amount means, for any Distribution Date with respect to an Early Amortization Period, an amount equal to the greater of (a) 5% of the initial principal balance of the Series 2000-B Certificates and (b) the excess of (i) the sum of (x) the Available Subordinated Amount on the preceding Determination Date (after giving effect to the allocations, distributions, withdrawals and deposits to be made on such Distribution Date) and (y) an amount equal to (A) the excess of the Required Participation Percentage over 100%, multiplied by (B) the outstanding principal balance of the Series 2000-B Certificates on such Distribution Date (after giving effect to any changes therein on such Distribution Date) over (ii) the excess of (x) the Series 2000-B Allocation Percentage of the Pool Balance on the last day of the immediately preceding Collection Period over (y) the Invested Amount on such Distribution Date (after giving effect to changes therein on such Distribution Date); provided that the Excess Reserve Fund Required Amount shall not exceed such Available Subordinated Amount.

  • Required Reserve Fund Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on which the Net Excess Spread is less than 0.25%, the amount, if any by which (a) the product of 1.00% and the Pool Balance for such date exceeds (b) the amount on deposit in the Basis Risk Reserve Fund immediately prior to such date. With respect to any Distribution Date on which the Net Excess Spread is equal to or greater than 0.25%, the amount, if any, by which (i) $1,000 exceeds (ii) the amount on deposit in the Basis Risk Reserve Fund immediately prior to such date.
