If on any Distribution Date, after giving effect to all withdrawals from and deposits to the Accumulation Period Reserve Account, the amount on deposit in the Accumulation Period Reserve Account exceeds the Accumulation Period Reserve Account Required Amount then in effect, the Indenture Trustee shall, at the written direction of the Servicer, distribute such excess to the Owner Trustee for distribution to the holders of the Certificate Interest in accordance with the Trust Agreement.
