Available Spread Account Amount definition

Available Spread Account Amount means, for any Transfer Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Spread Account (exclusive of Investment Earnings on such date and before giving effect to any deposit to, or withdrawal from, the Spread Account made or to be made with respect to such date) and (b) the Required Spread Account Amount, in each case on such Transfer Date.

Available Spread Account Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (a) the principal amount on deposit in the Spread Account on such date (before giving effect to any deposit to be made to the Spread Account on such date) and (b) the Required Spread Account Amount.

Available Spread Account Amount means, with respect to any Transfer Date, the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Spread Account on such date (before giving effect to any deposit made or to be made pursuant to Clause 5.15(k) in the Spread Account on such date) and (b) the Required Spread Account Amount;

Examples of Available Spread Account Amount in a sentence

• As of the date hereof the Available Spread Account Amount equals the Required Spread Account Amount and if the Reserve Account Funding Date has occurred, the Available Reserve Account Amount equals the Required Reserve Account Amount.

• The Indenture Trustee, at the written direction of the Servicer, shall (i) make withdrawals from the Spread Account from time to time in an amount up to the Available Spread Account Amount at such time, for the purposes set forth in this Indenture Supplement, and (ii) on each Transfer Date prior to termination of the Spread Account, make a deposit into the Spread Account in the amount specified in, and otherwise in accordance with, Section 4.12(f).
