ESRS definition

ESRS means the document publicly disclosed by IFC on November 6, 2017 analysing the environmental and social aspects of the Issuer, description of the main environmental and social risks and impacts, key mitigation measures and specifying actions needed to be undertaken by the Issuer in a manner consistent with the Performance Standards and included in the Action Plan;
ESRS means the Environmental and Social Review Summary, as disclosed on 16 October 2011.”
ESRS the Environmental and Social Review Summary dated July 18, 2007, which sets out specific social and environmental measures as actions to be undertaken by the Borrower, to enable the Project to comply with the Performance Standards, as such may be amended or supplemented from time to time with IFC’s consent;
