Equipment Documentation definition

Equipment Documentation means copies or originals of (i) all operating specifications, warranties and other similar information obtained by Contractor from equipment vendors or Subcontractors or prepared by Contractor or Subcontractors as part of the Work, (ii) a complete inventory list of all Equipment comprising the System, and (iii) all documentation and identification information with respect to all Equipment comprising part of the Project, including reference or serial numbers for all photovoltaic panels, inverters and other equipment listed in the Scope of Work.
Equipment Documentation means the written or other tangible media describing the Equipment and its operation (including instructions, listings, specifications, manuals, and user's guides).
Equipment Documentation means documents related to the installation, operation and maintenance of the Equipment, as set forth in Appendix # 6 to the Agreement. Related to Equipment Documentation

  • Account Documentation means any and all Account information, credit applications, Cardholder Agreements and change in terms notices, Charge Transaction Data, charge slips, credit slips, payments, credit information and documents or forms of any type and in any media relating to the Program, excluding materials used for advertising or solicitations.
