Enforceable permit condition for the purpose of this rule means any of the following limita- tions and conditions: requirements developed pursuant to new source performance standards, preven- tion of significant deterioration standards, emission standards for hazardous air pollutants, require- ments within the state implementation plan, and any permit requirements established pursuant to this rule, or under conditional, construction or Title V operating permit rules.
