Governmental Permit definition

Governmental Permit means any license, franchise, permit or other authorization of any Governmental Authority.
Governmental Permit means any approvals, authorizations, consents, licenses, ordinances, permits, certificates, franchises, registrations, accreditations, variance filings, exemptions or notifications issued or granted by, obtained from or made with or to a Governmental Authority.
Governmental Permit means with respect to Parent, the Company or any of their respective Subsidiaries, any consent, license, permit, grant, or other authorization of a Governmental Authority that is required for the operation of such entity's business or the holding of any of its material assets or properties.

Governmental Permit shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5.15 of this Agreement.
