Emission Standards a. The Project and the entire Work must use best available control technology as defined in EXHIBIT D to meet, and the Project and the entire Work must meet, all EPA and state emission standards to maintain synthetic minor status and to ensure compliance with air permit.
Emission Standards. Every Franchisee shall operate its vehicles under the Franchise in conformance with Rule 1193 and all other Rules and Regulations adopted by the South Coast Air Quality Management District, and as interpreted and applied by the South Coast Air Quality and Management District as well as the Rules and Regulations adopted by the California Air Resources Board. The Director shall have the authority to require additional inspections deemed necessary to insure that the public health, safety and welfare are adequately protected. All costs of such inspections shall be the responsibility of the Franchisee. Inspections by the California Highway Patrol shall be required annually on all vehicles, and certificates of compliance for said inspections shall be filed with the Director in conformance with the rules and regulations adopted by the California Code of Regulations.
Emission Standards. As may be required by government agencies, the Company will include emission constituents from the Facility in its inventory during the Term of this Agreement. Seller will assure the Company that emissions from the Facility will not adversely affect the ability of the Company to comply with the limits imposed by any existing Law.

Construction Standards All Alterations made by or on behalf of Tenant shall be made and performed: (a) by contractors or mechanics approved by Landlord (except no such approval shall be required with respect to Permitted Alterations), who shall carry liability insurance of a type and in such amounts as Landlord shall reasonably require, naming Landlord and Tenant as additional insureds, (b) in a good and workmanlike manner in compliance with all Laws, (c) so that same shall be at least equal in quality, value, and utility to the original work or installation and shall be in conformity with Landlord’s building standard specifications in effect at such time, (d) in accordance with all Laws, and (e) except with respect to Permitted Alterations, pursuant to plans, drawings and specifications (“Tenant’s Plans”) which have been reviewed and approved by Landlord prior to the commencement of the repairs or replacements and approved by, and filed with, all applicable governmental authorities (the “Construction Standards”). In any event Landlord may charge Tenant a reasonable construction management fee, not to exceed 2% of the cost of such work, to cover its overhead as it related to such proposed work, plus third-party costs actually incurred by Landlord in connection with the proposed work and the design thereof (with no mark-up or profit to Landlord), with all such amounts being due five (5) days after Landlord’s written demand.
Laws, Rules and Regulations You agree to comply with all existing and future operating procedures used by the Bank for processing of transactions. You further agree to comply with, and be bound by, all applicable state or federal laws, rules, regulations, orders, guidelines, operating circulars and pronouncements, affecting checks and drafts, including, but not limited to, all rules and procedural guidelines established by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve and the Electronic Check Clearing House Organization ("ECCHO") and any other clearinghouse or other organization in which Bank is a member or to which rules Bank has agreed to be bound. These procedures, rules, and regulations (collectively the "Rules") and laws are incorporated herein by reference. Reformulation Standard “Reformulated Products” shall mean Products that contain concentrations less than or equal to 0.1% (1,000 parts per million (ppm)) of DEHP when analyzed pursuant to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency testing methodologies 3580A and 8270C or other methodology utilized by federal or state government agencies for the purpose of determining the phthalate content in a solid substance.
Good Industry Practice In this Condition, ‘Good Industry Practice’ means standards, practices, methods and procedures conforming to legal and regulatory requirements and the degree of skill and care, diligence, prudence and foresight which would reasonably and ordinarily be expected from a skilled and experienced person or body engaged in a similar type of undertaking as the Supplier under the same or similar circumstances.

NOISE/WASTE The Tenant agrees not to commit waste on the premises, maintain, or permit to be maintained, a nuisance thereon, or use, or permit the premises to be used, in an unlawful manner. The Tenant further agrees to abide by any and all local, county, and State noise ordinances.
CONTRACT WORK HOURS AND SAFETY STANDARDS ACT The following clauses apply to any Federal-aid construction contract in an amount in excess of $100,000 and subject to the overtime provisions of the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act. These clauses shall be inserted in addition to the clauses required by 29 CFR 5.5(a) or 29 CFR 4.6. As used in this paragraph, the terms laborers and mechanics include watchmen and guards.
Common Areas - Rules and Regulations Lessor or such other person(s) as Lessor may appoint shall have the exclusive control and management of the Common Areas and shall have the right, from time to time, to establish, modify, amend and enforce reasonable Rules and Regulations with respect thereto in accordance with Paragraph 40. Lessee agrees to abide by and conform to all such Rules and Regulations, and to cause its employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees to so abide and conform. Lessor shall not be responsible to Lessee for the non-compliance with said rules and regulations by other lessees of the Industrial Center.
Compliance with Applicable Laws, Rules and Regulations The Dealer Manager represents to the Company that (a) it is a member of FINRA in good standing, and (b) it and its employees and representatives who will perform services hereunder have all required licenses and registrations to act under this Agreement. Compliance with Laws, Rules and Regulations Tenant shall comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, orders, rules and regulations of state, federal, municipal, or other agencies or bodies relating to the use, condition and occupancy of, and business conducted on, the Leased Premises, including without limitation, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, the Comprehensive Environmental Response Act, and the rules, regulations and directives of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Tenant shall also comply with the rules of the Project which may hereafter be adopted by Landlord. Landlord shall have the right at all times to change the rules and regulations of the Project or to amend them in any reasonable manner as may be deemed advisable for the safety, care, cleanliness, and good order of the Project and Leased Premises. All rules and regulations of the Project and any changes or amendments thereto will be sent by Landlord to Tenant in writing and shall thereafter be carried out and observed by Tenant.
