Construction Permit. Prior to the start of work, the Responsible Party shall obtain a Construction Permit from the City Engineer’s Office allowing the Responsible Party to begin construction within the specified subdivision. The Responsible Party shall ensure the Construction Permit is kept valid for the term and any extension of this Agreement. Should the Construction Permit terminate for any reason before continuing work, the Responsible Party will be required to revise the plans to meet the current standards and obtain a new Construction Permit.
Construction Permit. The permit required prior to the installation of Public Improvements including, but not limited to, street grading, roadway base, curb and gutter, asphalt or concrete surfacing, drainage and flood control, water and sanitary sewer, sump pump collection, or other such improvements in proposed subdivisions or which connect proposed subdivisions.
Construction Permit. Prior to the start of work, the Subdivider shall obtain a Construction Permit from the City allowing the Subdivider to begin construction within the specified subdivision. The Construction Permit shall be kept valid for the term and any extension of this Agreement. Should the Construction Permit terminate for any reason, before continuing work the Subdivider will be required to revise the plans to meet the current City standards and obtain a new Construction Permit.
Construction Permit. Upon request by Agent or its designated representative, Borrower shall make available to Agent or such designated representative true, correct and complete copies of all Construction Permits then currently in effect.
Construction Permit. Two photocopies of the construction permit, and any special permits or licenses required, complete in all respects, which shall authorize the construction of the Project and all Improvements in accordance with the Plans and Specifications, issued by Governmental Authorities with jurisdiction over the Project.
Construction Permit. (D) The KG General Partner shall have received any necessary approvals of the Japanese Ministry of Finance with respect to the KG General Partner's investment in the Partnership.
Construction Permit. The Construction Permit has been validly issued and on the date hereof, Seller is the authorized legal holder thereof and on the Initial Closing Date, the Company will be the authorized legal holder thereof. The Construction Permit is in full force and effect and is not subject to any restriction or condition that would delay or adversely affect the construction of the Station. Seller and the Company are in compliance in all material respects with the Construction Permit and all laws, regulations, and rules, including the Communications Act. Each of Seller and the Company have filed all returns, reports and statements required to be filed in connection with the Construction Permit.
Construction Permit. Prior to construction of the Improvements, Developer shall have a pre-construction meeting with the City Engineer, appropriate City staff, and the Developer’s engineer and contractor. Upon completion of the pre-construction meeting the Developer shall receive a construction permit from the City. The Developer will be provided with a copy of the Improvement Plans stamped ‘Approved’, which shall be available on site at all times that Improvements are being constructed. The Developer’s engineer shall make regular inspections and maintain control of the Development while it is under construction. Representatives of the City shall have the right to enter upon the Property at any reasonable time to inspect and to determine whether the Developer is in compliance with this Agreement. The Developer shall permit the City and its representatives to enter upon and inspect the Property at reasonable times. The Developer will not materially deviate from the Improvement Plans without the prior written approval of the City Engineer, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld.
Construction Permit. Promptly after obtaining any material Construction Permit for the construction of the Project or any part thereof, Borrower shall deliver a copy thereof to Lender.
Construction Permit. The Company and Xxxxxx will cooperate and use their reasonable best efforts to maintain (including, without limitation, by obtaining extensions of) the 110DEG. Construction Permit including, without limitation, jointly developing a plan for the 110DEG. Construction Permit which may include, without limitation, the use of a satellite produced by Xxxxxx. The Company, with prior notice to Xxxxxx, shall exercise its existing contractual right to terminate the Lockheed Xxxxxx Contract on or prior to December 31, 1998, unless instructed to the contrary by Xxxxxx.
