Full-time means 40 hours or more worked per week, or a lesser number of hours if:

Full-time job means a job performed by an individual for 35 hours or more each week and whose income and social security taxes are withheld by 1 or more of the following:
Full-time employee means an employee who is normally required to work the basic hours of work.
Full-time employment means employment resulting in, at least, an annual earned income reported
Permanent full-time employee means a person who is appointed to work the full ordinary hours of work each week (as defined) and who is appointed as such in accordance with section 37(3)(a) of the State Service Act 2000.
Regular Full-Time Employee means an employee who is appointed to a regularly scheduled position and is regularly scheduled to work full-time in accordance with Article 14 (Hours of Work and Scheduling). A regular full-time employee is entitled to all of the benefits outlined in the agreement except where otherwise specified.
Full-time student means a person attending or undertaking a full-time course of study and includes a student on a sandwich course;
Self-Employed Individual means an individual who has Earned Income for the taxable year from the trade or business for which the Plan is established, and, also, an individual who would have had Earned Income but for the fact that the trade or business had no net profits for the taxable year. A Self-Employed Individual shall be treated as an Employee.
Full-time position means a position of gainful employment where the number of hours worked by the employee is not less than 30 hours during any given work week.
Full Time Equivalent or "FTE" means the full-time
Graduates Employed in the Field means graduates who beginning within six months after a student completes the applicable educational program are gainfully employed, whose employment has been reported, and for whom the institution has documented verification of employment. For occupations for which the state requires passing an examination, the six months period begins after the announcement of the examination results for the first examination available after a student completes an applicable educational program.
Employed shall have their correlative meanings. The Committee in its sole discretion may determine (i) whether and when a Grantee’s leave of absence results in a termination of Employment (for this purpose, unless the Committee determines otherwise, a Grantee shall be treated as terminating Employment with the Firm upon the occurrence of an Extended Absence), (ii) whether and when a change in a Grantee’s association with the Firm results in a termination of Employment and (iii) the impact, if any, of any such leave of absence or change in association on Awards theretofore made. Unless expressly provided otherwise, any references in the Plan or any Award Agreement to a Grantee’s Employment being terminated shall include both voluntary and involuntary terminations.
Self-employed INDIVIDUAL Means an individual who has Earned Income for the taxable year from the trade or business for which the Plan is established; also, an individual who would have had Earned Income but for the fact that the trade or business had no net profits for the taxable year.
Regularly employed means, with respect to an officer or employee of a person requesting or receiving a Federal contract, an officer or employee who is employed by such person for at least 130 working days within 1 year immediately preceding the date of the submission that initiates agency consideration of such person for receipt of such contract. An officer or employee who is employed by such person for less than 130 working days within 1 year immediately preceding the date of the submission that initiates agency consideration of such person shall be considered to be regularly employed as soon as he or she is employed by such person for 130 working days.
Travel Time is the time an Interpreter uses to commute to and from an Appointment. Travel time, if more than one (1) hour each way, is added to the total time of the initial Appointment request. Temporary Assistance for Needy Families-Unemployed Parent or "TANF-UP" means the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families program for families in which both natural or adoptive parents of a child reside in the home and neither parent is exempt from the Virginia Initiative for Employment Not Welfare (VIEW) participation under § 63.2-609.
Fully Burdened Hourly Labor Rate means an hourly rate that includes all salary, overhead costs, general and administrative expenses, and profit.
Employed by, or provide service to, the Company means employment or service as an employee or director of the Company.
Gainfully employed means employed or self-employed;
Hire Date has the meaning given to it in Section 2.6(a).
Full year refers to the ordinary period of employment for the position.
Union Xxxxxxx means an Employee in the bargaining unit who is elected or appointed by the Employees in the bargaining unit to act on behalf of those Employees;
