Examples of Electricity Supply Business in a sentence

  • In carrying on the Public Electricity Supply Business, the Licensee shall not abuse any dominant position it may have.

  • The Licensee shall have regard to the Tariff Methodology Statement when setting any tariffs charged in respect of its Public Electricity Supply Business for the supply of electricity and other services, and such tariffs must also be approved by the Commission.

Related to Electricity Supply Business

  • Electricity Supplier means any person authorised to supply electricity.
