County Personnel. The County of Orange Board of Supervisors policy prohibits its employees from engaging in activities involving a conflict of interest. The SUBRECIPIENT shall not, during the period of this CONTRACT, employ any COUNTY employee for any purpose.
County Personnel. All County personnel assigned to this Agreement shall be under the exclusive supervision of County. Contractor understands and agrees that all such County personnel are assigned only for the convenience of County.

County Personnel. County does not anticipate assigning County personnel or employees to assist Contractor on a full-time or even a part-time basis regarding services to be provided by Contractor pursuant to this Agreement. However, County personnel will be made available to Contractor at the discretion of Director to provide necessary input and assistance in order to answer questions and provide necessary liaisons between Contractor and County. In any event, County further will provide Contractor with an appropriate contact person at each work site location to be served under this Agreement.
County Personnel. The Department shall assign a Project Director and a Project Manager to provide overall management and coordination of the Contract and act as liaisons for the Department. The County’s Project Director shall provide information to the Contractor in areas relating to policy and procedural requirements and the County’s Project Manager will monitor the Contractor’s performance during the Term of the Contract; provided however, in no event shall Contractor's obligation to fully satisfy all of the requirements of the Contract be relieved, excused or limited thereby. The Department will inform the Contractor in writing of the name, address, and telephone number of the individuals designated to act as Project Director and Project Manager, or any alternate identified in Exhibit E (County’s Administration), of this Contract at the time the Contract is executed and notify the Contractor as changes occur.
County Personnel. Director, Office of Ambulatory Care, shall be designated as Project Manager of County activities hereunder, unless otherwise determined by County. County personnel will be made available to Contractor at the discretion of County's Project Manager to provide necessary input and assistance in order to answer questions and provide necessary liaison activities between Contractor and County departments.

Contractor hereby 29 represents that its Project Plan/Schedule and performance hereunder are premised solely on 1 the work of Contractor’s personnel, except as otherwise expressly provided in this 2 Agreement.
County Personnel. County personnel assigned to the Station are under the command of the City’s Station Officer or City’s District Chief for Station related routines, duties, and activities.

Approval of Work All Tasks, Subtasks, Deliverables, including Key Deliverables, and other Work provided by Contractor under this Agreement must have the written approval of County’s Project Manager as described in this Paragraph 2.4. In no event shall County be liable or responsible for any payment prior to such written approval. Furthermore, County reserves the right to reject any Work not approved by County.
