Monthly Period definition

Monthly Period means the period from and including the first day of a calendar month to and including the last day of such calendar month.
Monthly Period. With respect to a Distribution Date, the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs; provided, however, that with respect to the first Distribution Date, the Monthly Period will be the period from and including the Cutoff Date to the end of the calendar month preceding such Distribution Date.
Monthly Period shall have the meaning specified in the Agreement, except that the first Monthly Period with respect to the Series 2001-D Certificate shall begin on and include the Closing Date and shall end on and include June 30, 2001.

Examples of Monthly Period in a sentence

  • Investments of funds representing Pool Collections collected during any Monthly Period shall be invested in Eligible Investments that will mature so that such funds will be available no later than the close of business on the day preceding the monthly Distribution Date following such Monthly Period, in amounts sufficient to the extent of such funds to make the required distributions on such Distribution Date.

  • Within seven Business Days after the end of each Monthly Period, the Seller shall deliver to ARSC an accounting with respect to all Purchases of ARSC Purchased Assets that were made during such Monthly Period and the aggregate ARSC Purchase Price for all the ARSC Purchased Assets that were purchased by ARSC during such Monthly Period.
