Monthly Period definition

Monthly Period means the period from and including the first day of a calendar month to and including the last day of such calendar month.
Monthly Period. With respect to a Distribution Date, the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs; provided, however, that with respect to the first Distribution Date, the Monthly Period will be the period from and including the Cutoff Date to the end of the calendar month preceding such Distribution Date.
Monthly Period shall have the meaning specified in the Agreement, except that the first Monthly Period with respect to the Series 2001-D Certificate shall begin on and include the Closing Date and shall end on and include June 30, 2001.
