Subscription Day definition

Subscription Day means every Business Day provided that the Management Company may with the prior written consent of the Trustee and upon giving not less than seven (7) days notice in the two (2) widely circulated English and Urdu newspapers declare any particular Business Day or days not to be a Subscription Day.
Subscription Day means the last Business Day of each week or such other day or days as the Directors may from time to time determine that Participating Shares in the Fund are available for subscription;
Subscription Day means every Business Day on which any class of Unit is available for subscription provided that the Management Company may with the prior written consent of the Trustee and upon giving not less than seven (7) days notice in at least one newspaper, either English or Urdu circulating in Pakistan, declare any particular Business Day not to be a Subscription Day. Such notice shall be deemed to be duly served on the Holder.

  • As at the Subscription Day, the issue of the Common Shares which may be issued as a result of the relevant Equity Drawdown Notice will not be subject to any pre-emptive or similar rights.
