Earnings Crediting Options definition

Earnings Crediting Options means the deemed investment options selected by the Participant from time to time pursuant to which deemed earnings or losses are credited or debited, as the case may be, to the Participant’s Class Year Distribution Accounts.
Earnings Crediting Options means the deemed investment options selected by the Participant from time to time pursuant to which deemed earnings are credited to the Participant’s Distribution Option Accounts.
Earnings Crediting Options means the deemed investment options selected by the Participant from time to time pursuant to which deemed earnings are credited to the Participant's Distribution Option Accounts other than the Employer Stock Fund.

  • The Company reserves the right, on a prospective basis, to add or delete Earnings Crediting Options.

  • Any distribution made to or on behalf of a Participant from one or more of his Distribution Option Accounts in an amount which is less than the entire balance of any such Account shall be made pro rata from each of the Earnings Crediting Options to which such Account is then allocated.

More Definitions of Earnings Crediting Options

Earnings Crediting Options means the options selected by the Participant from time to time pursuant to which earnings are credited to the Participant's Account.
Earnings Crediting Options means the options elected by the Participant from time to time pursuant to which earnings are credited to the Participant's Account. The Earnings Crediting Options shall be based upon actual investments designated by the Committee.

Related to Earnings Crediting Options

  • Investment Options means the investment options, as determined from time to time by the Committee, used to credit earnings, gains and losses on Account balances.

  • Investment Option means any of the guaranteed investments and variable investment funds available under the Plan.

  • Participant’s Account means an account maintained for each Participant’s participation in DSUs and/or RSUs under the Plan;

  • Elective Deferral Account means the account established hereunder to which Elective Deferrals (including a separate accounting for Catch-Up Contributions) are allocated. Amounts in the Participant's Elective Deferral Account are nonforfeitable when made and are subject to the distribution restrictions of Section 12.2(e). The Elective Deferral Account may consist of the

  • Phantom Shares means an Award of the right to receive Shares issued at the end of a Restricted Period which is granted pursuant to Section 6(e) of the Plan.

  • Deferral Account means the Company's accounting of the Director's accumulated Deferrals plus accrued interest.

  • Performance Shares means Shares or an Award denominated in Shares which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance criteria established by the Administrator.

  • Performance Formula means, for a Performance Period, the one or more objective formulae applied against the relevant Performance Goal to determine, with regard to the Performance Compensation Award of a particular Participant, whether all, some portion but less than all, or none of the Performance Compensation Award has been earned for the Performance Period.

  • Deferred Stock Account means a bookkeeping account maintained by the Company for a Participant representing the Participant's interest in the shares credited to such Deferred Stock Account pursuant to Paragraph 7 hereof.

  • Performance Compensation Award means any Award designated by the Committee as a Performance Compensation Award pursuant to Section 11 of the Plan.

  • Stock Unit Account means the bookkeeping account established by the Company pursuant to Section 6.4.

  • Deferred Shares means an award made pursuant to Section 7 of this Plan of the right to receive Common Shares at the end of a specified Deferral Period.

  • Performance Units means an Award which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance criteria established by the Administrator and which may be settled for cash, Shares or other securities or a combination of cash, Shares or other securities as established by the Administrator.

  • Award Year means a fiscal year beginning January 1 and ending December 31 with respect to which an Award may be granted.

  • Share Account means the brokerage account established by the Agent for each Participant to which shares of Common Stock purchased under the Plan are credited in accordance with Section 9. The Share Account will be established pursuant to a separate agreement between each Participant and the Agent.

  • Stock Account means the account maintained on behalf of the Participant by the Custodian for the purpose of holding Stock acquired under the Plan.

  • Phantom Stock means a right granted to an Eligible Individual under Section 12 representing a number of hypothetical Shares.

  • Performance Stock means a Target Number of Shares granted pursuant to Section 10(a) of the Plan.

  • Performance Award Formula means, for any Performance Award, a formula or table established by the Committee pursuant to Section 10.3 which provides the basis for computing the value of a Performance Award at one or more levels of attainment of the applicable Performance Goal(s) measured as of the end of the applicable Performance Period.

  • Performance Share Units means Performance Share Units granted to an Eligible Individual under Section 9.1(b).

  • DSUs means the deferred share units granted under the DSU Plan;

  • Performance Unit Award means an award of Performance Units under this Plan.

  • Performance Stock Unit means a right granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 8.2, to receive Stock, the payment of which is contingent upon achieving certain Performance Goals or other performance-based targets established by the Committee.

  • Share Units means the hypothetical Shares that are credited to the Share Unit Accounts in accordance with Article 7.

  • Performance Year means the calendar year prior to the year in which an Annual Award is made by the Committee.

  • Deferred Share Unit or “DSU” means a unit equivalent in value to a Share, credited by means of a bookkeeping entry in the books of the Corporation in accordance with Article 7;
