Share Units means Deferred Share Units, Performance Share Units and Restricted Share Units, including any Dividend-Equivalent Rights granted with respect to a Deferred Share Unit, Performance Share Unit and/or Restricted Share Unit.

Examples of Share Units in a sentence

  • Any dividends paid in cash on Shares prior to vesting of the Performance Share Units shall be credited to the Participant as additional Performance Share Units, as if the Performance Share Units then held by the Participant had been converted to Shares.

  • The Participant is hereby granted an Award of Performance Share Units under the Plan, evidencing the grant thereof by the Compensation Committee (the “Committee”) of the Board of Directors of the Company on the Grant Date, and the Participant hereby accepts the Award, in each case, on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Award Agreement.
