Class Year definition

Class Year. The group of Projects included in any particular Class Year Interconnection Facilities Study (Annual Transmission Reliability Assessment and Class Year Deliverability Study), in accordance with the criteria specified in this Attachment S and in Attachment Z for including such Projects.
Class Year means the designation of the Account Balance by the year in which the Deferral Amounts are credited under the Plan.
Class Year means the Fiscal Year for which a deferral is elected.

Examples of Class Year in a sentence

  • To the extent that design work is necessary in addition to that already accomplished in the Class Year Interconnection Facilities Study for the Interconnection Customer, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall perform or cause to be performed such work.

  • To meet the NYISO Deliverability Interconnection Standard, the Interconnection Customer must, in accordance with the rules in Attachment S to the ISO OATT, fund or commit to fund any System Deliverability Upgrades identified for its project in the Class Year Deliverability Study.

  • NYISO Minimum Interconnection Standard - The reliability standard that must be met by any generation facility or Class Year Transmission Project that is subject to NYISO’s Large Facility Interconnection Procedures in Attachment X to the ISO OATT or the NYISO’s Small Generator Interconnection Procedures in this Attachment Z, that is proposing to connect to the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System, to obtain ERIS.

The scope of the
Class Year means the period commencing on the Outside Director's Participation Commencement Date and ending on the date that is three hundred sixty-five (365) days after the most recent Annual Stockholders' Meeting, or the date of the next Annual Stockholders Meeting, whichever is sooner.
Class Year means each calendar year. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the “2004 Class Year” includes all amounts deferred into the Plan in 2004 and in any calendar years prior to 2004.
