Stock Unit Account definition

Stock Unit Account means the bookkeeping account established by the Company pursuant to Section 6.4.
Stock Unit Account means the bookkeeping account maintained by the Company for each Eligible Participant that is credited with Stock Units in accordance with the Plan.

More Definitions of Stock Unit Account

Stock Unit Account means the bookkeeping account established by the Company pursuant to Article 11.3.
Stock Unit Account means, with respect to an Eligible Director who has elected to have deferred amounts deemed invested in Units, a bookkeeping account established to record such Eligible Director’s interest under the Plan related to such Units.
