Stock Unit Account definition

Stock Unit Account means the bookkeeping account established by the Company pursuant to Section 6.4.
Stock Unit Account means the bookkeeping account maintained by the Company on behalf of each Participant that is credited with Award Units and Dividend Equivalents in accordance with Section 5.
Stock Unit Account means the bookkeeping account maintained by the Company for each Eligible Participant that is credited with Stock Units in accordance with the Plan.

Examples of Stock Unit Account in a sentence

  • Stock Units shall be distributed only in shares of Common Stock so that, pursuant to Paragraph 1 of this Agreement and this Paragraph 6, a Participant shall be entitled to receive one share of Common Stock for each Stock Unit in the Participant’s Stock Unit Account.

  • The Restricted Stock Unit Account shall be credited for any securities or other property (including regular cash dividends) distributed to the Company in respect of its Shares.

  • To the extent that there are notional fractional shares of Common Stock in a Stock Unit Account which have vested upon settlement, such notional fractional shares shall be rounded to the nearest whole share in determining the number of shares of Common Stock to be received upon conversion.

  • The Stock Units and the Stock Unit Account may not be sold, assigned, transferred, pledged or otherwise encumbered, except to the extent otherwise provided by either the terms of the Plan or by the Committee.

  • The Participant will forfeit that portion of the Stock Unit Account which has not vested in accordance with the foregoing provision.


More Definitions of Stock Unit Account

Stock Unit Account means the bookkeeping account established by the Company pursuant to Article 10.3.
Stock Unit Account means, with respect to an Eligible Director who has elected to have deferred amounts deemed invested in Units, a bookkeeping account established to record such Eligible Director’s interest under the Plan related to such Units.
Stock Unit Account means the bookkeeping accounts established, pursuant to Section 11(b)(ii), on behalf of each Director who elects, pursuant to Section 11(b), to have any of his or her Deferred Cash Compensation credited to a stock unit account.

Stock Unit Account means a memorandum account established on the books of the Company on behalf of a Director, to which shall be credited a number of Stock Units pursuant to Section 4.2 of Article 4.
