Early Expiration Date definition

Early Expiration Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7(a) hereof.
Early Expiration Date means, if Stockholder Approval has not been obtained by the Close of Business on the date on which the Company’s 2020 annual meeting of stockholders is concluded (or, if later, the date on which the votes of the stockholders of the Company with respect to such meeting are certified), the Close of Business on such date. For the avoidance of doubt, if Stockholder Approval is obtained then there shall be no Early Expiration Date.
Early Expiration Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.

More Definitions of Early Expiration Date

Early Expiration Date means ten (10) business days after delivery of written notice by the Company to the Holder that during the preceding thirty (30) consecutive trading days (x) the Market Price (as defined herein) for a share of Common Stock was equal to or greater than Four Hundred Percent (400%) of the then-applicable Warrant Share Price, and (y) the average trading volume of the Common Stock was at least 100,000 shares per day.
