Any Obligor shall fail to observe or perform any covenant, condition or agreement contained in Section 8.01, Section 8.02, Section 8.03 (solely as to the Borrower), Section 8.07, Section 8.10, Section 8.11, Section 8.16, Section 8.17, Section 8.18, Section 9 or Section 10; provided that an Event of Default under Section 10.02 is subject to Section 11.04 and an Event of Default with respect to Section 10.02 shall not occur until the Cure Expiration Date.
