DStv Service means the subscription broadcast service offered by Multichoice and/or its affiliates which comprises television channels packaged into a variety of programming packages or bouquets distributed by Multichoice and/or its affiliates and on-demand services, which programming packages and services are branded DStv or such other brand as Multichoice may determine from time to time,
