Distant site definition
Distant site means a site where a health care provider for telehealth who provides health care services is located while providing these services via a telecommunications system.
Distant site means the site at which a physician or other licensed provider, delivering a professional service, is physically located at the time the service is provided through telemedicine;
Distant site means the same as that term is defined by section 1 32 of P.L.2017, c.117 (C.45:1-61).
