Dismissal Period definition

Dismissal Period means, with respect to any Event of Bankruptcy, the continuance, undismissed, unstayed and in effect, of a related proceeding for a period of sixty (60) consecutive days.
Dismissal Period means the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending forty-five (45) days after the Final Resolution (as defined in paragraph 3 of this Agreement).

Examples of Dismissal Period in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, immediately upon the occurrence of any of the events described under Section 9.01(d) or Section 9.01(e), the obligations of Lender to lend hereunder shall automatically terminate (regardless of whether any Dismissal Period or Discharge Period has expired.) Upon the occurrence of any Event of Default, Lender may exercise all rights and remedies available to it in law or in equity, under the Loan Documents, or otherwise.

  • Dismissal means the denial of the current educational program to any student, including exclusion, expulsion and suspension. Dismissal does not include removal from class.

  • Rectification Period means the period of time set out in Section 4.3 of this RFP during which a Proponent will be permitted to rectify its Proposal to satisfy the mandatory submission requirements of this RFP.

  • Standstill Termination Date means the earlier of (i) the first anniversary of the Board Rights Termination Date and (ii) the later of (A) the third anniversary of this Agreement or (B) the first anniversary of the date on which both the Purchaser Designated Director has resigned from the Board and the Purchaser has permanently waived and renounced the Purchaser’s Board observation rights and Board designation rights in Section 1 and Section 2 of this Agreement.

  • Negotiation Period has the meaning given in Clause 5.10;

  • Constructive Dismissal means, unless consented to by the Participant, any action that constitutes constructive dismissal of the Participant, including without limiting the generality of the foregoing:

  • Initial Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(a).

  • Change of Control Period means the period commencing on the date hereof and ending on the third anniversary of the date hereof; provided, however, that commencing on the date one year after the date hereof, and on each annual anniversary of such date (such date and each annual anniversary thereof shall be hereinafter referred to as the "Renewal Date"), unless previously terminated, the Change of Control Period shall be automatically extended so as to terminate three years from such Renewal Date, unless at least 60 days prior to the Renewal Date the Company shall give notice to the Executive that the Change of Control Period shall not be so extended.

  • Resolution Extension Period As defined in Section 2.03(b).

  • Stated Termination Date means, with respect to the Revolving Credit Facility, March 4, 2027 and, with respect to any Extended Revolving Credit Facility, the maturity date set forth in the Extension Agreement related thereto.

  • Post-Deconsolidation Period means any Tax Period beginning after the Deconsolidation Date, and, in the case of any Straddle Period, the portion of such Straddle Period beginning the day after the Deconsolidation Date.
