Disclosure Working Group definition

Disclosure Working Group means the Disclosure Practices Working Group described in Section II.A.1 of these Disclosure Policies.
Disclosure Working Group or “DWG” means the City’s Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, or the designee of any of the foregoing and the Financial Advisor.
Disclosure Working Group or “DWG” means the District’s Chief Financial Officer, Executive Director of Finance, Director of Finance, District Treasurer, and in-house General Counsel, or the designee of any of the foregoing.

  • The Disclosure Working Group may meet to discuss the event and to determine, in consultation with counsel from the bond, tax, and disclosure counsel pool to the extent determined by the Disclosure Coordinator and the CFO, whether a filing is required or is otherwise desirable.

More Definitions of Disclosure Working Group

Disclosure Working Group means the officers or employees of the Water Authority charged with exercising the responsibilities of the Disclosure Working Group in preparing or reviewing any Public Statements under this Debt and Disclosure Policy.
Disclosure Working Group for any Public Statement means the officers or employees of the Town charged with exercising the responsibilities of the Disclosure Working Group in preparing or checking the Public Statement under this Disclosure Policy, as described in Section 5.

Disclosure Working Group means the officers or employees of FMPA charged with exercising certain responsibilities in connection with the preparation or checking of the disclosures made by FMPA in its Disclosure Documents. Initially, such group shall consist of the Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, Debt, FMPA Assistant General Counsel, Counsel, Manager of Risk Management and Audit Manager.
Disclosure Working Group means the Disclosure Working Group established in Chapter7.2 below.
Disclosure Working Group means the individuals described in Section 2.02 of this Policy.
