Public Statements definition

Public Statements means any statement in which the whole, part, or essence, is made public. Such a statement may be made in a newspaper, magazine, periodical, or by any electronic media (internet, email, social media etc.), or other means through the medium of television, radio, or in any other manner whatsoever, regardless of the circumstances in which the statement was made.
Public Statements means statements or comments made which are intended to become available to the public, or a section of the public, whether made in writing, orally or by technological means including in social media.
Public Statements means any information in any press release or announcement by or on behalf of the Company or any member of the Group, whether such information was required to be made public by applicable law and regulation (including, but not limited to, all filings required by the relevant Stock Exchange and/or English law) or otherwise, on or after 30 June 2021.
