Department Representative means the Manager, Engineering Operations, or designate, who shall represent the Landscape Operations Section for the purposes of this Agreement, or such other person who may be subsequently appointed in writing by the Department Representative and so notified to the Contractor;
Authorized Company Representative means any person who, at the time, shall have been designated to act on behalf of the Company by a written certificate furnished to the Issuer, the Remarketing Agent and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Company by any officer of the Company. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates.
Designated Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 6(j)(v) of this Agreement.
Resident Representative means (if any) the individual (or, if permitted in accordance with the Companies Acts, the company) appointed to perform the duties of resident representative set out in the Companies Acts and includes any assistant or deputy Resident Representative appointed by the Board to perform any of the duties of the Resident Representative;
Principal’s Representative means the person nominated by the Principal or other person from time to time appointed in writing by the Principal to act as the Principal’s Representative for the purposes of the Contract.
Management Representative means an individual designated to hear grievances on behalf of the University.
District Representative means the Superintendent of the District, or any other person authorized by the Board of Education of the District to act on behalf of the District under or with respect to this Facilities Lease.
Designated Senior Representative means (i) if at any time there is only one Senior Representative for a Senior Facility with respect to which the Discharge of Senior Obligations has not occurred, such Senior Representative and (ii) at any time when clause (i) does not apply, the Applicable Authorized Representative (as defined in the First Lien Intercreditor Agreement) at such time.
Authorized City Representative means the Mayor, City Manager or Director of Finance of the City, or such other Person at the time designated to act on behalf of the City as evidenced by written certificate furnished to the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such Person and signed on behalf of the City by its Mayor. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates, each of whom shall be entitled to perform all duties of the Authorized City Representative.
Advisory representative means any Supervised Person, who in connection with his or her regular functions or duties, normally makes, participates in, or otherwise obtains current information regarding the Purchase or Sale of a Security by the Firm, or whose functions relate to the making of any recommendations with respect to such purchases or sales, and any natural Person in a Control relationship to the Firm who obtains information concerning recommendations made concerning a Purchase or Sale of a Security. This definition includes but is not limited to the following: partner, officer, Manager, investment person, Portfolio Manager and any other Supervised Person of the Firm designated as an “Advisory Representative” from time to time by the Review Officer.
Investor Representative has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.1(a).
public representative means an individual who is not a member, former member, student or former student of any accounting body;
Project Representative means the individual(s), including but not limited to the Resident Engineer, to whom the Authority Representative has delegated Project responsibilities. If a Project Representative is appointed, the Project Representative represents the Authority Representative on the Project within the limits of that delegation with respect to any part of the Work.
Association Representative A member of the Association, who has been designated as a representative by the Association or a staff person of the Association.
Industry representative means an individual who is compensated by
Designated Contract Representative(s) means those individual(s) designated by the Contractor on the Pre-Work form during the Pre-Work Conference.
Agency Representative A person assigned by a primary, assisting, or cooperating federal, state, local, or tribal government agency or private entity that has been delegated authority to make decisions affecting that agency’s or organization’s participation in incident management activities following appropriate consultation with the leadership of that agency. Area: The lands in a described geographic area that are managed and/or protected by the Parties within this Agreement.
Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) [replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No.18 of 2013)] and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund.
Partnership Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).
Designated Representatives means the Subordination Agent Representatives, the Trustee Representatives and the Provider Representatives identified under Section 2.5.
Representative means the indenture trustee or other trustee, agent or representative for any Senior Debt.
Factory representative means an agent or employee of a manufacturer, distributor, or factory branch retained or employed for the purpose of making or promoting the sale of new motor vehicles or for supervising or contracting with new motor vehicle dealers or proposed motor vehicle dealers.
Customer Representative means the representative appointed by the Customer from time to time in relation to the Contract;
Union Representative means a representative from the Union authorized by the Union to act on behalf of an Employee.
Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
Supplier Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time in relation to this Framework Agreement;
